Founder and Chairman of NEC Foundation Ebenezer Chukwugozim Nsaka has been honoured and invested as a Youth Ambassador, by the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Asaba Diocesan Council of the Anglican Youth Fellowship (AYF), at the just concluded 39th Annual Bible Study tagged Stand Firm and Take Action.
The investiture took place at St Mark Anglican Church Ubulu-uku, saw Ambassador Ebenezer Nsaka receive his award after subscribing to the oath of allegiance administered by the host clergy Venerable C. I. Okonkwor Archdeacon Ubulu-uku Archdeaconry, in the company of other officiating ministers, including the Chaplain Anglican Youth Fellowship, Asaba Diocese Reverend Canon Gideon Elemokwu, Reverend Sebastine Nwosa Assistant Chaplain,
In his brief remarks, Ambassador Ebenezer Nsaka thanked the Anglican Youth Fellowship for their recognition, explaining that his love for God and work in the Lord’s vineyard began in his early years.
He said ” I receive this honour with every sense of humility and reverence to this great spiritual institution.
My journey with the Anglican Youth Fellowship began many years ago, and through the years I have served and to date, I still offer myself to the service of God.
” This very parish is named after my Great Grandfather who was among the missionaries sent to establish this mission in Ubulu-uku, and it is a testimony of my family’s connection with the Anglican and love for the Lord.
” My father served as a priest and thus inculcated in me the strong bond I share with the Church”.
Ambassador Nsaka pledged to the Anglican Youth Fellowship, which was immediately redeemed, and charged the youths to follow and serve God sincerely.
