Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo embarked on a routine inspection of key development projects within the Awka capital territory, expressing satisfaction with the progress made on several landmark initiatives. The inspection covered the Fun City, the ongoing remodeling of Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, and the construction sites of the new Government House and Governor’s Lodge.
Governor Soludo highlighted the significance of these projects, which he believes will redefine the landscape of Awka and elevate Anambra State as a prime destination for both residents and visitors. He expressed particular excitement over the transformation of Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, which is set to feature majestic water fountains and a serene love garden, enhancing its beauty and providing a tranquil space for leisure.
