The Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honorable Somtochukwu Udeze, has called on parliamentary staff to embody the spirit of service and unity as they celebrate Christmas.
Speaking at the 2024 Christmas Carol and Nine Lessons organized by the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) Anambra State Chapter, Udeze thanked the staff for their dedication and sacrifices throughout the year. He emphasized the importance of their role in the legislative process and urged them to continue working diligently for the progress of the state.
The Clerk of the Assembly, Mr. Anthony Ughenu, echoed the Speaker’s sentiments, describing the event as a time for reflection and renewal. He highlighted the importance of unity and teamwork among the parliamentary staff.
The PASAN Chairman, Mr. Abraham Okoye, expressed gratitude to the Assembly leadership for their support and emphasized the significance of the Carol and Nine Lessons event in fostering unity and shared purpose among the staff.
