Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has responded to his exclusion from the final nominees for the 2024 CAF Goalkeeper of the Year award.
CAF announced the three finalists on Thursday, with Ronwen Williams, Yahya Fofana, and Andre Onana making the shortlist. Nwabali’s omission came as a surprise to many, given his outstanding performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, where he kept four clean sheets for Nigeria.
