The Traditional Ruler of Ihite in Orumba South Local Government Area, Igwe Timothy Ifurunwa, has pledged to intensify efforts towards the development of the community following his official certification by the Anambra State Government.
Igwe Ifurunwa, who received his certificate of recognition alongside two other traditional rulers from Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Tuesday, expressed his appreciation for the Governor’s transformation agenda and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting it.
During a reception held in Awka to honor the traditional ruler, community leaders including Architect Mike Okonkwo, Chairman of the Anambra State Urban Regeneration Council; Chief Cyprian Okereke, former Chairman of the Orumba South Local Government Area; Mr. Chibuzo Okoli; and Mrs. Ndidiamaka Ugboaja, lauded Igwe Ifurunwa as a reliable leader dedicated to the community’s progress. They wished him a successful reign.
