The Council reviewed and approved recommendations from consultative meetings under the Anambra State Action on Business Enabling Reform (SABER) programme. Anambra ranked first in southern Nigeria and seventh nationally in the last ease of doing business review, with strategies set to maintain and improve its standing.

The Council approved several infrastructure contracts to sustain the “Solution Government’s” development agenda:

– **Eze Uzu Junction Rehabilitation**: ₦214 million awarded to Muterbonch & Co Nig Ltd.
– **Chinua Achebe Airport Road Completion**: ₦1.65 billion to IDC Construction Limited.
– **Ekwulobia Flood Control Project Phase II**: ₦4.45 billion to AG Vision Construction Nig Ltd.
2. **Modern Bus Terminal Development in Ekwulobia**
– Construction of 624 stalls: ₦577 million to Crystal Dove Construction.
– Gatehouse and perimeter fence construction: ₦128 million to Crystal Dove Construction.
3. **Rehabilitation of Federal Roads**
– Amawbia Flyover to Arroma Junction: ₦327.8 million to New Idea Construction Company Ltd.
### Digital Infrastructure
– Free internet access for Nwafor Orizu College of Education: ₦93.1 million to Swifttalk Ltd.
– Free internet access for the College of Health Technology, Obosi: ₦85.5 million to Croz Enterprises.
### Security Enhancements
– Installation of security gadgets in newly acquired vehicles: ₦234.8 million to Newsbreak International Communication Ltd.
