Police operatives from the Special Anti-Cultism Squad in Enugu-Ukwu have arrested 29-year-old Ebuka Ndubusi in connection with an armed robbery and kidnapping case that involved the collection of a N15 million ransom. The operation, carried out on December 7, 2024, at 8:03 PM in Obosi, Idemili North, followed a lead provided by another suspect, Miracle, who is already in custody.
The arrest was made on the directive of the Commissioner of Police, CP Nnaghe Obono Itam, after Ebuka was implicated in the case, particularly regarding the recovery of the victim’s vehicle.
The Anambra State Police Command, through its spokesperson SP Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed the arrest and assured the public that investigations are ongoing. Further updates on the case will be communicated as developments unfold.
