Anambra Power Commissioner Urges Christians to Prioritize Peace and Service to Humanity

Engineer Julius Chukwuemeka, the Commissioner for Power and Water Resources in Anambra State, delivered a compelling message to Christians, emphasizing the importance of fostering love, unity, and selflessness in their daily lives.

Speaking following a pontifical high mass held for the solemn dedication of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aguleri, Anambra East Local Government Area, Engineer Chukwuemeka underscored the transformative potential of embodying Christ-like virtues.

He expressed optimism that a collective commitment to these principles would contribute to creating a more harmonious and compassionate society. Furthermore, he extended congratulations to Reverend Father Martin Atumanya, the parish priest, and the entire congregation for their dedication in constructing a worthy edifice for worship. In his earlier homily, Most Rev. Denis Isizoh, the Bishop of Aguleri Catholic Diocese, urged Christians to embrace their role as beacons of light, urging them to shine brightly in every aspect of their lives.
