In a move aimed at bolstering the educational sector in Anambra State, Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has announced the appointment of Dr. Justina Chinyere Anyadiegwu as the new Provost of Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe.
Dr. Anyadiegwu, a seasoned educator with over 18 years of experience as a senior lecturer at the institution, succeeds Dr. Ifeyinwa Osegbo, taking the reins of the prestigious college founded 48 years ago.
Her academic prowess is matched by her practical contributions to the Nigerian educational landscape, including her role as a consultant trainer with the British Council Nigeria, highlighting her expertise and recognition in the field.
With a Ph.D. in English/Language Arts/Teacher Education from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Dr. Anyadiegwu’s appointment underscores the Soludo administration’s dedication to promoting meritocracy and advancing educational excellence in the state.
Governor Soludo expressed his confidence in Dr. Anyadiegwu’s ability to lead the institution to greater heights and wished her success in her new role.
