Solution Fun City in Awka, designed to be Sub-Saharan Africa’s premier entertainment hub, will feature a country club, amusement park, and sports facilities. Additional projects include the Neighbourhood Leisure Park and a ten-story hotel in Awka, both aimed at enhancing Anambra’s attractiveness to residents and tourists.
Other initiatives spotlight rural tourism, with heritage sites such as Ogbunike Cave, Owerre-Ezukala Waterfalls, and the historic Ojukwu Bunker in Amorka receiving attention. To support these efforts, the Anambra State Chapter of the Tourism Volunteers Network was inaugurated, emphasizing collaboration to expand tourism into rural areas.
