The Anambra State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ANSAA) has introduced the 2025 Mobile Advert Permit for vehicles, tricycles, and motorcycles, aiming to bolster revenue generation and streamline operations.
During the unveiling event in Awka, the Managing Director and CEO of ANSAA, Mr. Odili Ujuboñu, highlighted the permit’s advanced security features. He emphasized that the permit is digitally generated, resistant to counterfeiting, and widely recognized by enforcement agencies nationwide.
According to Mr. Ujuboñu, the agency’s mobile department has recorded impressive growth, generating ₦50 million in revenue as of November 2024, compared to ₦18 million in 2023. He attributed this success to strategic investments and expressed optimism that the increased revenue would enable the government to invest more in infrastructure and job creation.
Additional insights into the permit’s unique features were provided by ANSAA’s Senior Mobile Assets Manager, Mr. Chikezie Obi, and Senior Digital Assets Manager, Mr. Christian Umeh.
Commending ANSAA’s innovation, Mrs. Amara Oyeka, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on IGR (Technical), praised the agency for its efforts in curbing revenue leakages. She expressed confidence that ANSAA would continue to contribute significantly to the state’s revenue in 2025.
