Anthony Joshua Crosses $200M Career Earnings, Becomes Boxing’s Highest Earner

Anthony Joshua has officially surpassed $200 million in career earnings, outpacing heavyweight rival Tyson Fury and rising star Gervonta Davis. In 2024 alone, Joshua earned $75 million, putting him just behind Canelo Alvarez, who edged him out with an additional $2 million in off-field earnings.

Joshua’s earnings skyrocketed after his Saudi Arabia rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr., which netted him $65 million, followed by over $40 million from two fights with Oleksandr Usyk. His recent match against Francis Ngannou added another $50 million, while bouts with Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius added $12 million each.

Despite a recent loss to Daniel Dubois, Joshua, now 35, is reportedly preparing for a potential showdown with Fury. His promoter Eddie Hearn stated that the former two-time world champion is likely to return in May 2024, marking what Hearn describes as the “last chapter” of Joshua’s career.
