The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Apostles Forum (AAF) in Oyi Local Government Area has officially inaugurated its chapter. The forum, composed of fifteen political Ward Coordinators and Local Government Executives, has been tasked with promoting the party’s initiatives throughout the council area.
During the inauguration, National Convener Mr. Anthony Nchekwube highlighted the forum’s role in fostering development-oriented politics and supporting the party’s principles. He urged members to remain steadfast and suggested forming agribusiness clusters that could evolve into cooperative societies, benefiting from Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s agricultural and human capital development programs.
Mr. Nchekwube also emphasized the importance of participating in the party’s ongoing digital registration and revalidation process, aiming for a seamless membership registration statewide.
Oyi Local Government Area Coordinator Mr. Chidiebele Obika, in his welcome address, affirmed Oyi’s strong support for APGA, noting the party’s electoral successes in the area, including the recent general elections and Governor Soludo’s election. He pledged to maintain this momentum and expressed gratitude to the national leadership for their trust.
Chief Ifeanyi Chinweze, AAF Coordinator for Anambra North Senatorial Zone, represented by Chief Joseph Emeka-Ekwealor, reiterated the need for members to engage in the digital registration initiative.
National Director for Planning, Strategy, and Compliance Mr. Emeka Ozumba administered the oath of office to the new executives, emphasizing the call to service requires honesty and hard work.
