The Governor of Anambra State and National Leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has reaffirmed the party’s dedication to improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians. Speaking through his deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, during a grand reception for APGA National Chairman Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa in Awka, Governor Soludo described the recent Supreme Court victory as a win for all Nigerians and a beacon of hope for the common man.
Governor Soludo emphasized APGA’s mission to redefine Nigerian politics and deliver good governance, asserting that the party remains united and committed to its vision of a better Nigeria.
Addressing the gathering, Barrister Ezeokenwa praised party members for their steadfastness, which contributed to the legal triumph. He highlighted APGA’s strength and unity, calling it a party for the downtrodden and a force for positive change in the nation’s political landscape.
Other speakers at the event, including Awka North APGA Leader Chief Lawrence Onwuzuka, Dr. Jude Emecheta, and former Transition Committee Chairman of Anaocha Local Government Area Chief Gerald Ozor, described the victory as a new chapter for the party. They urged the national leadership to safeguard the party’s peace and unity against potential disruptions.
Special Assistant to the Governor on Security, Mr. Chiejina Obieze, and Chief Akai Egwuonwu expressed confidence that APGA would soon dominate Nigeria’s political sphere, expanding its influence to more states across the country.
