Speaking to Newsman, Hon.Okoro disclosed that the movement is for the re-election of Governor Charles Soludo, for his wonderful performance so far in the state, saying that it is the reason the National Chairman, Hon.Barr, Sly Ezeokenwa formed the group.
According to him,Ezeokenwa formed the group for the benefit of those who have sacrificed, suffered for the development of the party in one way or the other but were left behind because of illiteracy or lack of connections.
“As a grassroot chairman, this solidarity movement is formed by him, he noted that many people are being left behind without any benefit from the party, so if you don’t get anything from the party, you get it from him,the national chairman, the formation of the movement is for all the party faithfuls.
“We did our meeting in preparation of our inauguration, after the inauguration of the local government working committees, then we the LG working committees will go to our various wards and inaugurate our ward members”, he said.
Chief Vincent Obi in his words said that the solidarity is for real APGA members, not for those who eat from both sides.
He pleaded to the party members to embrace the party faithfully, so that their collective aims will be achieved, saying that the state has only one party which is APGA
