Dr. Simeon Onyemaechi, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra State Health Insurance Agency (ASHIA), has handed over beneficiary identity cards to Dr. Nelson Omenugha, the Special Adviser to Governor Soludo on Youth Empowerment Programme. These cards are for the 21 executive members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Nnobi Ward One.
During the presentation at the ASHIA complex in Awka, Dr. Onyemaechi also distributed 21 pamphlets detailing the benefit packages to ensure the beneficiaries fully understand and utilize their healthcare services. He highlighted the scheme’s role in providing quality and affordable healthcare in Anambra and commended Dr. Omenugha for his initiative. He encouraged the beneficiaries to access the services and provide feedback to help ASHIA better serve the people of Anambra.
Dr. Omenugha, in receiving the cards, expressed his commitment to enhancing productivity by ensuring the well-being of those contributing to the community’s work. He emphasized that enrolling his ward executive members in ASHIA is part of his broader efforts to support the growth of APGA, promote good governance, and contribute to the overall development of Anambra State.
Chief Frank-Iyke Ezeanya, the chairman of APGA Nnobi Ward One, thanked Dr. Omenugha for his support and Dr. Onyemaechi for his effective leadership at ASHIA. He pledged greater dedication to mobilizing support for Governor Soludo, fostering the growth of APGA, and advancing the state’s development.
