In a bid to promote peace and understanding, the Belgium Embassy in Abuja organized an art competition for children aged 8 to 10, encouraging them to express their visions of peace through creativity. The competition concluded with a colorful closing ceremony at the residence of the Belgian Ambassador, showcasing the remarkable works of over 50 young participants.
The initiative, aimed at fostering a generation that values harmony and unity, was a vivid display of how children interpret peace in a world often marked by conflict. Through their artworks, the children depicted themes of diverse cultures coexisting peacefully and nature untouched by violence.
