The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the transfer windows for teams participating in the Champions League and Confederation Cup.
CAF confirmed that there will be four transfer windows available for these competitions. According to information on CAF’s official website, the first transfer window will run from July 1 to 20, designated for the preliminary and second preliminary rounds.
The second transfer window is scheduled from September 1 to 30, 2025, covering the group stages of the continental competitions. Additionally, from January 1 to 30, teams will be allowed to register up to seven additional players, including four replacements.
The winners and runners-up of the Nigeria Premier Football League will represent the country in the CAF Champions League, while the second runners-up and the President Federation Cup winner will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.
