American hip-hop star Cardi B has denied rumors that she plans to quit music, responding to controversial rapper-turned-podcaster Joe Budden’s claims that she won’t release another album. Cardi B criticized Budden for his remarks about her project rollout and made allegations of drug use against him.
The Grammy-winning artist accused Budden of attacking her in the media and instigating conflicts with other female rappers. Cardi B recounted her past interactions with Budden, accusing him of targeting her despite her past friendliness towards him during her time as an erotic dancer.
Speaking in a recent X space with fans, Cardi B asserted, “I’m not a quitter. I might procrastinate, but I’ll never quit music. Not letting these b*tches take my bags!”
