Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has earned a nomination for the best goalkeeper award in the French D1 Akem, the top-flight women’s league in France.
Nnadozie finds herself in contention alongside Christiane Endler from Olympic Lyon and Katarzyna Kiedrzynek of PSG for the prestigious award.
This isn’t the first time the 22-year-old has been recognized for her outstanding performances. She was previously nominated for the same award last season and clinched the Bruno Martini Award for Goalkeeping Revelation of the Season in the French top flight two seasons ago.
Nnadozie’s stellar form for Paris FC throughout the current season, both domestically and in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, has garnered widespread acclaim. Her consistency and remarkable saves have made her a standout player, earning her the title of Player of the Month for March in the French D1 Akem.
