Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has confirmed that multiple clubs are vying for his signature following an outstanding loan spell at Galatasaray. In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Osimhen said he plans to enjoy a well-earned break before weighing his options.
The 26-year-old forward scored 37 goals in all competitions for Galatasaray last season, securing the Turkish Super Lig’s top-scorer title and earning the Goal of the Season award. He has already turned down a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal, while Premier League trio Chelsea and Liverpool, as well as Serie A’s Juventus, are reported to be monitoring developments. Galatasaray are also keen to complete a permanent transfer.
Osimhen remarked, “It’s always like this when the season ends and the summer transfer window begins. You have a lot of clubs wanting your services, but right now, I’m focused on my holiday and enjoying myself. While I’m enjoying my break, I’m also reminiscing about the past season I had with Galatasaray—watching clips of my goals, the mistakes I made, and the things I did well.”
