Creative Money Africa, a business platform, has introduced the Creative Money Podcast to assist individuals with talents in structuring, packaging, and monetising their skills.
In a statement, the platform said the podcast would feature conversations with industry experts, successful creatives, and thought leaders to provide African creatives with strategies for turning their passions into sustainable businesses.
The statement noted that the podcast would share practical strategies, real-life success stories, and actionable insights to help creatives navigate the business side of their craft.
It added that the platform would also showcase upcoming creatives and initiatives, giving them wider visibility and opportunities to scale globally.
The podcast is hosted by musician and entrepreneur Munachi Abii, who expressed excitement about the initiative.
“As a creative myself, I know firsthand the challenges of turning passion into profit. That’s why I’m so excited to host this podcast. It’s a learning opportunity for me as we’ll be hosting incredible guests sharing insights on structuring and monetising a creative business,” she said.
The founder of Creative Money Africa, Ekpedeme Ufot, highlighted the importance of empowering creatives with financial skills.
“One of the easiest and most impactful ways to drive job creation and wealth generation is by equipping individuals with the skills to monetise their God-given creative talent,” Ufot said.
He added that the podcast would cover topics such as personal branding, pricing strategies, collaborations, intellectual property, marketing, and leveraging digital platforms for success.
