Al Nassr striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, has weighed in on the Premier League title race ahead of the final round of fixtures this Sunday.
During a conversation with boxing promoter Frank Warren, Ronaldo was teased about the possibility of joining Arsenal. Warren, speaking to the five-time Ballon d’Or winner ahead of the undisputed heavyweight clash between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, said, “Come to Arsenal.”
Ronaldo responded with a hearty laugh before stating, “They are not going to win the league.”
Currently, Manchester City sits two points ahead of Arsenal and will secure the championship if they defeat West Ham at home. However, if Pep Guardiola’s team drops points and Arsenal secures a victory, the Premier League trophy will head to the Emirates Stadium for the first time in 20 years.
