Doris Ogah, a lawyer and model from Nigeria’s South-South region, has emerged as Miss Nigeria 2024. She claimed the prestigious title after surpassing four other finalists: Ann Eneanya, Bukunmi Ogunsanya, Diane Paul, and Divine Nelson.
The 45th Miss Nigeria pageant, held in Lagos, began with 20 semi-finalists unveiled earlier in the week. Ogah was crowned by her predecessor, Shatu Garko, the 44th Miss Nigeria.
Taking to her Instagram page, Ogah expressed her gratitude, stating, “It’s been a lifelong dream to be given the opportunity to serve as an example to inspire and empower countless women and girls around the world.”
The event featured electrifying performances by renowned artists KCee and Yemi Alade, adding glamour to the evening’s celebrations.
Miss Nigeria remains one of the nation’s most iconic pageants, celebrating beauty, talent, and advocacy among young Nigerian women.
