Nigerian gospel singer Peterson Okopi has announced his engagement to his partner, Prudent Gabriel. The announcement was made through a series of Instagram posts shared by the singer to commemorate the occasion.
In the pictures posted, Okopi is seen standing in front of a flowery setup with a “Will you marry me?” sign, awaiting Gabriel’s arrival.
Okopi captioned his post, “IN THE BEGINNING……… Happy new month, family.”
Gabriel also shared her joy on social media, posting, “When God said WAIT, I didn’t understand until you showed up.”
Following the announcement, congratulatory messages have poured in for the couple, with fans and colleagues wishing them a lifetime of happiness.
Peterson Okopi, whose full name is Adikwu Peterson Okopi, is a gospel recording artist, songwriter, and music minister signed to TWC Records, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
