A group of 26 Jewish Americans, who traced their ancestral roots to the Igbo community in Anambra State, visited the state to explore its culture and inspect the ongoing development of the Solution Fun City, a world-class entertainment hub.
During the tour, Anambra State Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment, and Tourism, Comrade Don Onyenji, welcomed the group and assured them of their connection to the state. He emphasized that Anambra remains their home, highlighting the state’s commitment to cultural integration and development.
Comrade Onyenji also praised Governor Charles Soludo’s vision of transforming Anambra into a state where residents and visitors can “live, work, and relax.” He noted the Governor’s remarkable achievements within his first three years in office.
Expressing their excitement, two members of the visiting group, Yehudah Webster and Dr. Harriette Wimm, lauded the state government for its warm hospitality. They described their visit as a memorable experience and commended Anambra’s efforts in promoting tourism and cultural heritage.
