In commemoration of the 2024 Democracy Day, Philanthropist, Goodwill Ambassador and NEC Foundation Chair Ebenezer Chukwugozim Nsaka has joined in the memorial, hailing Nigerians as the real champions of the moment for sustaining this hard-fought democracy.
Ebenezer Nsaka made this assertion from Issele-Uku, Aniocha North Local Government Area, shortly before he joined a political engagement. He congratulated the people and Government of Delta State, and thanked the Governor and leadership and the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, for working along the lines of Democratic consensus in its handling of the upcoming Local Government Elections in the state.
Mr Nsaka said ” I congratulate Deltans and the government of Delta State for the reality of another democracy day celebration.
” I especially want to appreciate the Governor Rt Hon Elder Sheriff Oborevwori JP, and our party the PDP for allowing a Democratic Consensus process in the selection of our candidates for the election, This makes us know that the concept of democracy is more than a slogan, but a way of life.
” As we mark this democracy day, I consider every one of us who supports a Democratic approach as champions and chief celebrants, even as I honour the Labour our heroes past.
” On behalf of the people of Aniocha North, I also salute my dear brother and incoming chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area, Honorable Emma Bazim Chinye, as we await the 13th of July 2024, to certify and vote him as our latest democracy beneficiary”.
Mr Nsaka, an Anglican Church Goodwill Ambassador, further assured of his foundation’s readiness to partner with well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies to ensure proper patriotic orientation in our communities.
