Nigerian music industry faces another rift as Kizz Daniel fires back at Tekno for belittling his financial status following a recent disclaimer by the latter.
In a recent dispute, Tekno denied receiving N1 billion in royalties from his collaborative song “Buga” with Kizz Daniel, implying that Kizz Daniel’s financial status doesn’t match his own.
Responding to Tekno’s comments, Kizz Daniel took to Twitter on Monday to express his displeasure, accusing Tekno of being ungrateful. He claimed to have “rescued” Tekno’s dwindling career with their collaboration on “Buga.”
In his tweet, Kizz Daniel wrote, “Dem mention money you sef dey talk… spewing sh*t like an*s. See ekuke wey we rescue with Buga. Oloribu omo ale.”
In a swift response, Tekno warned Kizz Daniel not to provoke him, threatening to retaliate if pushed further.
Tekno’s reply read, “Hope you are trending now fool! Careful o, breeze blow foul ny*sh dey open. I’m not the one to be played with before I Kattywilliams your *ss. Insecure narcissist.”
