Kwara United technical adviser, Tunde Sanni, has disclosed plans to bolster the team’s squad with quality signings as they prepare for the second half of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
Sanni emphasized the importance of having a stronger and more balanced team to achieve their goals for the campaign.
“About two to four players will link up with us to beef up the team and also provide good substitutes on the bench,” he stated.
Kwara United ended the first half of the season with six wins, five draws, and seven defeats from 18 matches, earning them 23 points and placing them 12th on the NPFL table.
The team, nicknamed the Harmony Boys, will face Enyimba in a rescheduled Matchday 16 fixture on Wednesday, January 15, as they aim to improve their position on the table.
