Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the commencement of online course registration for full-time undergraduate students for the First Semester of the 2024/2025 academic session. This was disclosed in a statement shared on the university’s official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday.
The registration portal is now open for both new and returning students. LASU emphasized that students in **Stream 1** are required to pay at least 70% of their school fees, while those in **Stream 2** must pay at least 50% before completing their registration.
The university outlined key steps for students, including the completion of online course registration, adjustments to course selections (if necessary), printing of the registration/exam slip, and obtaining the Head of Department’s endorsement for the registration form.
For students who miss the regular registration deadline, LASU has provided an alternative late registration portal. However, this option will attract a penalty fee of **₦5,000** for defaulting students.
The institution urged all students to finalize their school fees payments and course registration promptly to avoid penalties and ensure a seamless academic session.
