Manchester United are pushing to finalize the signing of 16-year-old striker Chido Obi-Martin, according to the Daily Mail.
Obi-Martin, who recently declined Arsenal’s offer of a new contract, impressed last season by scoring 32 goals in 18 games for the Gunners’ U18s, including a remarkable 10-goal performance in a 14-3 victory over Liverpool.
Despite receiving assurances from Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, the young forward is keen on a move to United. Obi-Martin has already toured United’s training ground as the club works to secure his transfer.
