Gospel singer and founder of Spotlite Nation, Moses Bliss, has broken his silence regarding the early departure of former signee, Ebuka Songs, from his music label.
Bliss, best known for his hit song *Daddy Wey Dey Pamper*, revealed during a press conference at *The Experience 2024* music concert that Ebuka Songs had violated a three-year contract by leaving the label after just 11 months. Both artists performed independently at the concert.
Addressing the situation, Bliss stated, “There are no issues between us. Of course, he was signed to Spotlite Nation. He just said he wants to do things on his own.”
Bliss explained that despite the breach of contract, he respected Ebuka’s decision. “Our contract didn’t end when it was supposed to end. It was a three-year contract. I think 11 months into it, he said he wants to do his music alone. I prayed about it and said, ‘You can go.’”
Emphasizing his commitment to fostering gospel music and unity in the ministry, Bliss added, “We hold no grudge against him. The goal is for Jesus to be seen. Our goal is to give people the opportunity to minister the gospel.”
Bliss expressed love and goodwill toward his former signee, saying, “We are not fighting. I love him and I am happy to have been part of his journey. I wish him the best.”
The remarks reflect a spirit of reconciliation and support, highlighting the shared mission of both artists to spread the gospel through music.
