Speculations had circulated that Netflix was planning to leave Nigeria due to economic challenges and regulatory pressures. However, in a statement to TechCabal, the company categorically denied the claims, emphasizing its dedication to supporting Nigerian content and creators.
“We are not exiting Nigeria. We will continue to invest in the country’s stories to delight our members,” the statement read.
