Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has announced the end of her social media conflict with the controversial, self-proclaimed online activist known as VeryDarkMan. The announcement was made on her Instagram page on Thursday.
In her post, Iyabo expressed gratitude to her partner, Paulo, as well as her colleagues, fans, and family for their unwavering support throughout the ordeal. She also emphasized her decision to rise above trolls and negativity, focusing instead on a more positive and uplifting path.
“Queen Mother: Unshakable, Unstoppable, Undefeatable! I will continue to lend my voice when necessary. No amount of deceit, manipulation, lies, or trolling, even with a trillion trolls, can silence me,” Iyabo wrote.
She continued, “To Obim, my wonderful children, friends, families, loved ones, fans, well-wishers, colleagues, and my management team, I have heard your advice and messages, which have boosted my confidence and resilience.”
Iyabo reaffirmed her commitment to speaking the truth in the face of adversity, thanking everyone for their public and private support. “I will take your advice and ignore the negativity, but I will never stop speaking when necessary. It is all about peace and love for now,” she concluded.
