Residents of Okpoko in Ogbaru Council Area are expressing their gratitude to Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his significant developmental efforts in their community, following years of neglect.
During a recent visit by ABS, the residents highlighted the completion of nine roads spanning over 14 kilometers, as well as other essential projects such as the installation of public pipe-borne water and the construction of a General Hospital.
Local traders, Mr. Okechukwu Eze and Mr. Andrew Ogomegbunam, praised Governor Soludo for his visionary leadership, acknowledging the positive impact of his administration in Okpoko and across the state. They expressed their commitment to fully support the governor throughout his tenure and beyond.
Mrs. Chito Adike, a garri seller, expressed her joy and gratitude through a dance, describing Governor Soludo as a caring leader deeply invested in the welfare of his people. She conveyed her happiness and appreciation for the governor’s contributions.
Sir Longinus Iheme and Mr. Ephriam Mmadu also commended Governor Soludo for his impressive achievements, which include extensive road construction, the establishment of general hospitals, the provision of clean water, the employment of teachers, youth empowerment through the “One Youth, Two Skills” program, and the distribution of agricultural seedlings. They remarked that within just two years in office, Governor Soludo has outperformed his predecessors.
Both Iheme and Mmadu vowed to offer their unwavering support to the governor in the next gubernatorial election, hoping for continued delivery of democratic dividends.
