Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina has named Moses Simon of Nantes as the toughest player to defend against in the Super Eagles squad. In a recent interview on the Counter Attack podcast, Aina praised Simon’s sharpness and skills on the field.
“To defend against, probably Moses Simon, because I wouldn’t say he’s unpredictable; you sort of know what he’s going to do,” Aina explained. “I think that is only because we are always with him, so we know what he is going to do. He’s so sharp off the mark.”
Aina’s comments highlight the challenges defenders face when matched up against Simon, who has gained a reputation for his quickness and agility in gameplay.
