Earlier today during the Day 2 of the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF) validation session held at the ASHIA headquarters in Awka, the MD/CEO of ASHIA, Dr Simeon Onyemaechi interfaced with Officers-in-Charge (OICs) of primary healthcare centers across the state.
While speaking, Dr. Simeon Onyemaechi, emphasized the critical role of leadership and commitment in ensuring the success of primary healthcare delivery in the state.
He raised concerns about the recurring issue of facilities being closed in the absence of OICs and called for exemplary leadership, urging all to prioritize their duties to better serve their communities.
