Real Madrid emerged victorious in this year’s Champions League final, defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in a thrilling encounter.

Despite Borussia Dortmund having several promising chances in the first half, including a couple of missed opportunities, Real Madrid managed to keep a clean sheet going into halftime.

The LaLiga giants turned the tide in the second half, with Dani Carvajal breaking the deadlock in the 72nd minute with a powerful header. Vinicius Jr secured the win for Madrid nine minutes later, capitalizing on a defensive error to slot home a decisive goal.

This victory marks Real Madrid’s record-extending 15th Champions League title, solidifying their status as one of Europe’s most successful clubs.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund faced disappointment once again, having lost both of the finals they played at Wembley.
