Nigerian singer David Adeleke, known as Davido, has confirmed his upcoming wedding to partner Chioma Rowland. The couple is set to hold their traditional wedding in Lagos on June 25, 2024.
Davido confirmed the news in a video that went viral on Tuesday. In the video, the 30 Billion Gang boss announced, “Guys, you have to come to Nigeria on the 25th [of June] for my wedding.”
The couple, who welcomed a set of twins last year, faced a tragic loss in 2022 when their first child, Ifeanyi, died in a swimming pool accident at Davido’s Lagos mansion. They got engaged shortly after the incident.
