Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has inaugurated a 2.1km road in Ukpor, Nnewi South Local Government Area, constructed by Mr. Cletus Oragwa, Managing Director of Zenco Communications Limited.
Speaking during the commissioning, Governor Soludo emphasized the importance of collaboration among the government, private sector, and communities to accelerate development across the state. He described the Public-Private-Community Partnership (PPCP) model as essential for sustainable growth, noting its historical role in the transformation of Igbo society, particularly in the establishment of schools and hospitals.
The Governor lauded Mr. Oragwa for his philanthropic gesture, noting that the road project, dedicated to the memory of Oragwa’s late mother, exemplifies community service and selflessness.
