The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has pledged to exceed the promises he made during his campaign, emphasizing his administration’s dedication to transforming Anambra into a globally recognized state.
Governor Soludo, represented by his deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, made this statement during a thanksgiving mass held in honor of Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa’s Supreme Court victory, which affirmed him as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
While expressing gratitude for the court ruling, Governor Soludo reiterated APGA’s commitment to fostering visionary leadership that prioritizes the welfare of the people. He urged Ndi Anambra to continue supporting his administration to achieve its developmental goals.
In his remarks, Barrister Ezeokenwa thanked God for the party’s triumph at the Supreme Court and pledged to uphold the principles of integrity and accountability in his leadership.
Party members at the event, including the Mayor of Idemili North, Chief Stanley Nkwoka, and Prince Neville Uchendu, the immediate past Transition Committee Chairman of Orumba South, expressed relief that the party’s internal crisis had been resolved. They called for loyalty and unity among members to strengthen APGA.
Reverend Father Stanley Ozugbo, delivering the homily, urged Christians to remain joyful and thankful despite life’s challenges, emphasizing the importance of gratitude for God’s deliverance and blessings.
