The Special Adviser to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Political Matters, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, has commissioned over fifty solar-powered street lights installed by Dr. Jude Akpua, the Deputy Majority Leader of the Anambra State House of Assembly and representative of Njikoka Constituency Two.

The project, part of efforts to enhance community development, was inaugurated at Etiti Village, Nimo, Ward One, in Njikoka Local Government Area.

Dr. Obiogbolu commended Dr. Akpua for aligning with Governor Soludo’s vision for grassroots development and described him as a steadfast advocate for replicating the administration’s development agenda at the constituency level. He highlighted the administration’s broader achievements, including the construction of over 500 kilometers of roads and other impactful projects, urging constituents to continue their support for the current government and Dr. Akpua.

In his remarks, Dr. Akpua reaffirmed his commitment to serving his constituency equitably and effectively. He revealed that over 315 solar-powered street lights had already been installed in Nimo, with plans to extend similar projects to all wards within the constituency. This effort aligns with the state government’s initiative to provide sustainable lighting solutions across Anambra.

The Mayor of Njikoka Local Government, Barrister Chinedu Onodiba, and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chairman in the council area, Pharmacist Chinedu Aniekwe, praised Dr. Akpua’s dedication and described him as a model legislator. They acknowledged his impactful representation and efforts to bring Governor Soludo’s development vision to life in his constituency.
