The wife of the Anambra State Governor, Nonye Soludo, has reiterated her commitment to promoting gender inclusiveness in sports and healthy living.

Speaking earlier today, she met with members of the Association of Nigerian Women in Sports (NAWIS), Anambra State Chapter, to discuss shared goals in advancing women’s participation in sports.

Describing NAWIS as a leading voice for equal representation in Nigerian sports, she praised the contributions of female athletes to the nation’s sporting history. She emphasized the need for continued advocacy, stating that NAWIS and her initiative, Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo, align in their efforts to promote physical fitness and inclusivity.

She further expressed optimism about collaborating with NAWIS to harness opportunities that would drive their shared vision for women in sports and overall well-being.
