Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen marked his debut for Galatasaray with an assist in their dominant 5-0 win against Rizespor on Saturday night in the Turkish Super Lig.
Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli, played a full 90 minutes and was actively involved in the team’s attacking efforts. His assist came in the first half, contributing to Galatasaray’s commanding performance.
The hosts secured the victory with goals from D. Sánchez, A. Bardakçı, G. Sara, D. Mertens, and B. A. Yılmaz.
Osimhen will now look to score his first goal for the Turkish side when they face Gaziantep in their next match on Tuesday.
