The Anambra State Local Government Service Commission, led by its chairman, Barrister Vin-Ifeanyi Ezeaka, collaborated with the Tricycle Association, Awka Zone, to distribute stickers highlighting Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s achievements.
During visits to the Solution Bus Terminal at Aroma and the Keke park at Regina Caeli junction in Awka, the team pasted the stickers produced by the Unified Local Government Workers on tricycles. The initiative aims to spread awareness of Soludo’s accomplishments at the grassroots level.
Barrister Ezeaka emphasized that the partnership with tricycle and commercial bus drivers would help the public recognize the governor’s efforts. He urged drivers to support the administration and act as responsible citizens.
Prince Collins Ozojiofor, chairman of the Tricycle Drivers Association, Awka Zone, expressed satisfaction with Soludo’s performance over the past three years. He noted that improved road conditions have eased the financial burden on drivers who previously spent heavily on vehicle repairs.
Similarly, the manager of the Transport Company of Anambra State (TRACAS) endorsed the initiative, stating that they fully support Soludo’s second-term bid.
The team’s visit to the Keke park at Regina Caeli junction saw enthusiastic drivers chanting “4 plus 4 is 8” in solidarity with Soludo’s re-election campaign.
